good - I'm trying to reach the tax office lady ... without success yet.
We'll see: I've heard rumors that public tax employees have almost
unlimited days of vacation (~30 p.a.).

I still see issues in the "Vereinszweck" - the tax office complained
about the indirection "Förderung von ..." which is still quite present
and other unaddressed issues.
I would suggest the following:
Replace 2.i by
"*Maßnahmen zur* Bildung, des Meinungsaustauschs und der
Zusammenarbeit von Anwender_innen, Entwickler_innen und Forscher_innen;"
Replace 2.iv by (tax office wanted to also see "zeitnah" in hier and
"Allgemeinheit")
"die *zeitnahe* Bereitstellung freier und quelloffener Software,
unterstützender Daten und Dokumentation sowie *zugrundeliegender
Forschungsergebnisse für die Allgemeinheit*, und die Erstellung und

Please check the repository for editorial changes pushed in respect to
the feedback.
Furthermore, Thomas rephrased the purpose description of the association
slightly, also, to comply to the reviewer's feedback.
